Singleton Residences are very close to the centre of Swansea University's compact campus. The residences comprise over 700 Single Ensuite and over 20 Twin Ensuite bedrooms, many with views across Swansea Bay towards Devon, west to Mumbles and east to Porthcawl.

All rooms are situated within an 8 bed flat which allows the occupants to share access to a fully fitted kitchen containing hobs, ovens, fridge, freezers and microwaves. There are no utensils provided. Laundry facilites are located in Kilvey residences but there are no irons.

All rooms are single bedrooms. Bed linen is provided but towels are not.

Please note, these are bookable for a minimum of 3 nights or more.

Food and Drinks

There are a number of locations on campus to buy refreshments. There is also a small convenience store on campus and through the park guests can find other shops from which to buy provisions.

Other facilities

There are several cafes and bars on campus, each with an individual style.

Fusions Cafe & JC's Bar which is located in Fulton House, Taliesin Bar in Taliesin Theatre, Callaghan's, located in the James Callaghan Building and Cafe Glas which can be found in ILS.

Car parking is available on a first come, first served basis in the main car park adjacent to the campus entrance off Mumbles Road. Please ask for a parking id slip to display in your vehicle and a card to activate the barrier.

Swansea High Street rail station is 15 minutes by taxi and 22 minutes by the metro bus.
