Mr alan standish, September 2011: nice facilities - and a great place to stay on a vacation. it would have been nice to have had an option of hiring a TV for the room, for the stay, particularly for late evenings/early morning news and weather reports.
the breakfasts were superb and filling ... a huge thank you to all the team involved.
I will wholeheartedly recommend the university as a place to stay out of term time.
thank you everyone.

Ms Christine Hazell, August 2011: Clean, safe environment - good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff. General info in the room concerning the area would have been helpful - as would a towel rail and soap dish in the bathroom. I had an issue with the shower - this was dealt with the same day. Would recommend to others.
Sally Worth, April 2011: a great week. Staff very friendly and obliging. campus well sign posted and easy to get around. every need catered for and we were very impressed with Taleisin. what a fantastic centre - wonderful shop and theatre offerings - we weren't expecting that and were very impressed
Alison Hogg, September 2010: For the price paid, the room, breakfast and service was as expected and good value. If I'd paid more money, I would have expected a higher standard. Thanks for a good stay.
Lorraine Trevett, September 2010: The overall experience was great, however the put u up bed was rather lumpy and uncomfortable. verything else was great.
Rebecca Allen, August 2010: A good service, the staff were friendly and helpful and my stay was stress free.
Michael Hawkins, July 2010: The breakfast was far too early, especially as it was graduation week. On one occasion, the cleaner did not knock as she entered, which could have been extremely embarrassing for the both of us. This service was redeemed the following day though, when the two cleaners were very polite and competent.
Olufunmilayo Aiyeleso, July 2010: it was good. i have no complains at all. may be a bigger bed and duvet.
Matthew Deeprose, April 2010: Excellent facilities, great staff. Only issue I had was the mattress was a little lumpy and the pillow and quilt seemed to be synthetic rather feathered. That's just me being picky! Thanks for the great service. The reception staff were really nice.
Bryony Bramer, April 2010: The only real disappointment with the room was the lack of coathangers provided in the wardrobe and the fact that there was no towel rail / hook in the bathroom. In addition the limited size of the sink in the bathroom and the position of the shelf above it meant it was actually very difficult to use it to brush my teeth! Just a couple of small things that could have made a big difference to my overall experience. Other than that a nice place to stay and very convenient for the conference.
Gill Fourt, April 2010: It would be useful to have a mirror in the room where the powerpoints are. We can't plug hairdryers or straighteners into the bathroom (of course) but that is the only place with a mirror. The cafeteria staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.
Ken Lacey, April 2010: Thank you. A basic room with wi-fi was what I needed and got. Very clean and plesent with hassel free check in and out.
