Mr alan standish, September 2011: nice facilities - and a great place to stay on a vacation. it would have been nice to have had an option of hiring a TV for the room, for the stay, particularly for late evenings/early morning news and weather reports. the breakfasts were superb and filling ... a huge thank you to all the team involved. Ms Christine Hazell, August 2011: Clean, safe environment - good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff. General info in the room concerning the area would have been helpful - as would a towel rail and soap dish in the bathroom. I had an issue with the shower - this was dealt with the same day. Would recommend to others.

On one occasion, the cleaner did not knock as she entered, which could have been extremely embarrassing for the both of us. This service was redeemed the following day though, when the two cleaners were very polite and competent.

Bryony Bramer, April 2010: The only real disappointment with the room was the lack of coathangers provided in the wardrobe and the fact that there was no towel rail / hook in the bathroom. In addition the limited size of the sink in the bathroom and the position of the shelf above it meant it was actually very difficult to use it to brush my teeth! Just a couple of small things that could have made a big difference to my overall experience. Other than that a nice place to stay and very convenient for the conference.

Gill Fourt, April 2010: It would be useful to have a mirror in the room where the powerpoints are. We can't plug hairdryers or straighteners into the bathroom (of course) but that is the only place with a mirror. The cafeteria staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.
