Mr Gareth Nickels (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, July 2014): A very nice room for the price (including discount) with all the necesities i.e. towel, shampoo etc

Mrs jackie cullen (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, July 2014): Had a great time staying at Swansea University. The rooms were great value and all the staff I met were so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Mr Grahame Points (Horton Hall, Swansea, September 2013): I have enjoyed the last 8 weeks immensely. I am sorry this facility is not available at Christmas or Easter. If I am still commuting to Swansea next Summer, I will certainly rebook. Thank you.

Mr Peter meredith (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, August 2013): All staff I met were very helpful cheerful and kind I cannot praise them enough, if I need to stay in Swansea again I would go to the University again, thank you all.

Mrs Jane Nicholls (Horton Hall, Swansea, August 2013): Excellent value for money and great service from all at Preselli reception

Ms Tricia Gwynn-Jones (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, August 2013): The room was clean, and the snowy towels changed daily. The door "key" worked on every try. What staff I met were smiley and helpful. I was disappointed by the breakfasts, though - lots of food available, but would have liked a bit more variety. It was a pleasant stay, and I was lucky with good weather. Would I come again? Yes.

Mr andrew miller (Horton Hall, Swansea, September 2012): I found the accomadation clean and user friendly. Excellent value for room and use of kitchen. Would recommend to other people

Mr Marta Bork (Horton Hall, Swansea, September 2012): The welcome at the Preseli Building was very friendly and the house manager did his best to get me some towels. And he showed me a place where to get breakfast. I felt taken care of in quite a friendly way. By the way: I am not Mr but Mrs B.

Mr Richard Frost (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, September 2012): Much better than I was expecting. With the cuisine very good, with really helpful staff.

Mr Aled Pugh (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, September 2012): If there was a 'Very Good' option in the above table the two 'Goods' would have been in that category!

Miss Sandra Osborn (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, August 2012): Reception staff at Oxwich were all excellent.

Mr ROBERT HENRY ATTWOOD (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, July 2012): my visit was enjoyed, the staff were a credit to the uni,but the service would have been enhanced if when the location for meals changes could a notice to that effect be provided thus avoiding having to go up and down stairs to find the relevent venue.

Mr alan standish (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, September 2011): nice facilities - and a great place to stay on a vacation. it would have been nice to have had an option of hiring a TV for the room, for the stay, particularly for late evenings/early morning news and weather reports. the breakfasts were superb and filling ... a huge thank you to all the team involved. I will wholeheartedly recommend the university as a place to stay out of term time. thank you everyone. Alan Standish ex swansea boy!

Mr gareth page (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, September 2011): friendly helpful security staff -budget price accomodation and will definetely book again

Ms Christine Hazell (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, August 2011): Clean, safe environment - good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff. General info in the room concerning the area would have been helpful - as would a towel rail and soap dish in the bathroom. I had an issue with the shower - this was dealt with the same day. Would recommend to others.

Mrs V F Kerton (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, July 2011): Modern, clean and very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Compared to similar overnight stays this is superb value for money. Kettle, tea, coffee, milk - even biscuits were supplied, plenty of towels, plus soap, shampoo and use of iron and ironing board. Bathroom and shower sparklingly clean. Excellent!

Sally Worth (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, April 2011): a great week. Staff very friendly and obliging. campus well sign posted and easy to get around. every need catered for and we were very impressed with Taleisin. what a fantastic centre - wonderful shop and theatre offerings - we weren't expecting that and were very impressed

Miss Carolyn Haigh (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, September 2010): The reception and catering staff were very helpful and welcoming. I didn't expect a TV in the room but did think there would be somewhere on site to watch the news in the evening (there was TV in the Fusion Cafe during breakfast).

John Manson (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, September 2010): On the whole a positive experience and good value for money. The accomodation desk staff were very helpful and personable.

adam rymill (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, September 2010): Thanks a lot - 12 of us were up for a stag weekend and had a excellent time. would definitely use the facilities again

Alison Hogg (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, September 2010): For the price paid, the room, breakfast and service was as expected and good value. If I'd paid more money, I would have expected a higher standard. Thanks for a good stay.

Lorraine Trevett (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, September 2010): The overall experience was great, however the put u up bed was rather lumpy and uncomfortable. verything else was great.

Rebecca Allen (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, August 2010): A good service, the staff were friendly and helpful and my stay was stress free.

Susan Thurlow (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, August 2010): Room was lovely and clean but corridoor areas scruffy. Staff were all excellent in presentation and good service. Would have liked a map or more directions about breakfast actually in the room as we were not familiar with the university layout and it was spread out (reception, breakfast and halls). Website booking process was very good . Nice modern halls but fixtures and fittings were of poor quality.

Ms C Mulleague (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, August 2010): Reception staff @ Preseli were so helpful- many thanks all of you, esp. Dave. Cleaning/ house staff did an excellent job- rooms were in spotless & well-presented.

DR C VIDYA SHANKAR (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, July 2010): Excellent roome, neat and clean

Mandela Fernandez-Grandon (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, July 2010): Cleaners did a great job whilst remaining descrete. Reception were very helpful.

Michael Hawkins (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, July 2010): The breakfast was far too early, especially as it was graduation week. On one occasion, the cleaner did not knock as she entered, which could have been extremely embarrassing for the both of us. This service was redeemed the following day though, when the two cleaners were very polite and competent.

Olufunmilayo Aiyeleso (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, July 2010): it was good. i have no complains at all. may be a bigger bed and duvet.

Andy Davies (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, July 2010): Would definitely use facilities again, excellent value

Stephen King (Cefn Bryn & Kilvey Residence, Swansea, July 2010): The only problem we had was that the en suite shower was awkward to turn off - I suppose it gets a battering during term time.. it showed signs of numerous attempts at being 'mended'. Everyone was very friendly and the experience was on the whole very smooth. We will consider University Rooms in the future.

Phil Thorpe (Penmaen Residence, Swansea, July 2010): Hope to use the service again

Matthew Deeprose (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, April 2010): Excellent facilities, great staff. Only issue I had was the mattress was a little lumpy and the pillow and quilt seemed to be synthetic rather feathered. That's just me being picky! Thanks for the great service. The reception staff were really nice.

Bryony Bramer (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, April 2010): The only real disappointment with the room was the lack of coathangers provided in the wardrobe and the fact that there was no towel rail / hook in the bathroom. In addition the limited size of the sink in the bathroom and the position of the shelf above it meant it was actually very difficult to use it to brush my teeth! Just a couple of small things that could have made a big difference to my overall experience. Other than that a nice place to stay and very convenient for the conference.

Gill Fourt (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, April 2010): It would be useful to have a mirror in the room where the powerpoints are. We can't plug hairdryers or straighteners into the bathroom (of course) but that is the only place with a mirror. The cafeteria staff in particular were very helpful and friendly.

Ken Lacey (Caswell, Langland & Oxwich Residence, Swansea, April 2010): Thank you. A basic room with wi-fi was what I needed and got. Very clean and plesent with hassel free check in and out.
